Pricing for these services is transparent and competitive, with architectural and structural design packages starting from $7,000 for a Smart 60 single-storey home and $17,200 for a Smart 90 double-storey design. This collaboration not only removes the complexity of coordinating multiple service providers but also guarantees that each home is optimised for efficiency, affordability, and sustainability.
