Here’s How the Process Works:

✔ Pre-Installation Checks – The rough opening is carefully inspected for square, plumb, and level alignment, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance.

✔ Building Wrap Preparation – Wrap is cut and stapled back neatly, readying the space for sill work without compromising weather resistance.

✔ Corner Reinforcement with Tape – The corners, a vulnerable point in any build, are reinforced to prevent tearing and maintain performance over time.

✔ Flexible Flashing Tape at Sill – Provides critical protection at the base of the window for drainage and weatherproofing.

✔ Sill Packers & Sill Flashing – 10mm sill packers are installed and levelled. Metal flashing is added 17mm above the sill to guard against water ingress.

✔ STARKE Window Installation – The window is positioned accurately and secured through the reveal at 450mm centres, keeping it square and weather-tight.

✔ Head & Jamb Flashings – Aluminium flashings are added to the top and sides to direct water away from the opening.

✔ Airtightness with PEF Rod & Wet Seal – The final step ensures a tight perimeter seal using a PEF backing rod and wet sealant—boosting airtightness and thermal performance.
